I changed to the Norse this time, since Rome didn't happen the last few weeks^^ they would still be my most realistic guess, but I really want to see Harald and what he get's in terms of unics.

Greece would be the biggest reveal but that also make it unlikely to yet be revealed.

Well, we can't be 100% certain about that. But anyway, it seems logical Poland will be deluxe edition bonus anyway, so they will be revealed at some point in the run up to release, though likely not till late on.

Rome seems to be the overwhelming favorite. Why neither they or Greece have yet to be introduced is certainly curious. So one of the two are quite overdue. However the Middle East is yet to be covered. It wouldn't be Civilization without a representative from what's widely considered the cradle of Civilization itself. So Sumer or Arabia should get some love sometime soon.

Vote Greece, because of the leak fiasco yesterday, they might as well push Greece forward to explain the (possible) multiple leaders mechanism to get extra hypes.

Not necessarily. There's nothing to suggest that the Deluxe Edition DLCs will be available on release, and in fact the Steam page explicitly states the contrary: "four post-launch DLC packs."

Since they revealed a European civ this week, maybe they will showcase a non-European civ next week? Like Arabia, India, Sumer, or Kongo, those are pretty much the only non-European choices left, sadly.

They probably already had the order of reveal set up. Especially since they are making FL videos for each one as they release. It is also likely due to the mechanics that have been shown. They still have to show more on espionage, military engineers, corps and armies, etc. Likely, as they detail those things, they will reveal civs that utilize those mechanics in their uniques... Like Rome and the ability to build roads in before Military Engineers.

I'm betting Greece has two leaders as a taste of DLC leaders for civs.
