Which MODs are interesting

Anyway Sevo mod or Total Realism mod might be interesting for you..And you meant Rhyes mod? There is a version for CIV4 somewhere if that is what you meant..

There is no Rise and Rule for Civ4, though all the mods Arlborn mentioned are excellent.

Well I have to put in a plug for the ViSa Modpack....if you have Warlords.

We are still adding lots more mods to ViSa, but it is pretty extensive already...thanks to Amra.

The team that made RAR for civ3 is currently working on a civ 4 version. No timetable yet.

If anything, either the General or the main Customization forum would be suitable. But not one that specifically says

That being said, I wholeheartedly agree with the various suggestions made so far. All of them are woth checking out.
