No. I believe the budget of this film is slightly below what's needed for mr. Bowie.

EDIT: More hints. The plot has something to do with the powder in the next still and UFOs.

RE-EDIT: Come on! I can't find any good stills that would give additional hints so I must give more textual clues.

- Film's name is, at least according to some reviews, a metaphor for heroin
- Film's name also refers to certain lightning effect
- To my knowledge, it's some sort of cult classic and a so called midnight movie hit.

No. I guess I'll just have to accept that no one else has seen this. Back in the day this was quite common trailer in rental tapes here in Finland.

Anyways, the film is Liquid Sky and the floor is open.
