I wander:
1. When whiping how many production (hammers) do you resieve? I mean 1 population = ?hammers.
2. I'm not exactly sure what are the numbers but let's say that 1 population equals to 10000 citizens (corect me if I'm wrong). If my city is on 2 and I have 28500 citizens (for example) am I sucrificing exactly 10000 citizens (if 1 population is needed). So my city will have 18500 citizens and it will become very soon on size 2 again or it will have 10000 sitizens only.
(or probably it is something to deal with the food that you have stored - again how much it will be after the whip?)

For number 2, it has to do with the food. Your city grows up a size when you fill up your food storage bar.

10x aeoniq - but how many food do you have then after the whip?

Some opinions about the 1st question?

1) 1 population= 30 hammers at normal game speed (these can then be boosted by factories and similar as normal hammers would).

2)I really wouldn't get bogged down in the "number of people" in a city. Stick to the actual city size. Any food in the food bar is saved when a city is whipped.
