Never recognized that before, but it does appear that way. It may be coincidence more than anything else. The smilie is supposed to be ranting

Tis true, but I don't think AOA means to imply evil per se when he says something along the lines of: That will not be tolerated and if anyone feels like breaking the rules, I will be watching.

I think the implication is: "If you screw up again, the hordes of hell will descend upon you and devour your logon." Or something to that effect.
