[GS] Who will be buffed in the next update?

Scotland:
If you don't get Colosseum this one is totally blank until very late in game. However, there's nothing that helps Scotland to compete for Colosseum.

Poland:
Always being blank, never enhanced. At least pls give it some tundra bonuses to help get rid of the disadvantages of its tundra bias.

Canada:
Maybe remove the "cannot declare surprise war" UA and just keep the "cannot be declared surprise war", this makes Canada much better I guess.

Poland doesn’t actually have a start bias. If anything they need the sukiennice reworked, because it doesn’t sync well with the rest of their bonuses.
