Why can't I watch the map replay at the end of my civ v games?

Whenever I finish a game in civ v now it won't let me watch the map replay, it just says that it has stopped working and the two options are to close it down or debug, neither of which helps. I always used to be able to and also my game is starting to get worse in terms of frame rate, is it because I have too much data for my laptop to handle or..? Any help would be much appreciated

Happened to me too. It's a fall patch bug.
