Can someone take a look at this save for me, and tell me what im doing wrong?Thing that i mostly think is wrong is the production rate in some cities, 4 shields so far in in the game is far to low :S

This game is probobly lost, the least i can do is learn from my mistakes. I was aming for domination and ened up leading in science , with few ( ? ) cities.

I appriciate all help i can get :)

The biggest issue is that your city's arn't very specialized. Specifically you need some production centers. Switch to beurocracy and slavery and slave out a few cavalry and trebs. You should be able to take 3 of genghis's citys fairly quickly.

It seems you didn't expand to fast causing your cities to hamper each other growth. For your production problem. You build windmills everywhere, but they only give you 1hammer. your better of for now with common mines. they give 3/4hammers. Further slavery is your friend if you don't have a lot of production. Farm your land, and whip the nesescary buildings in place. When you have those you can change some of it back in cottages.
Your millitary is lacking. Not so much in offensive power, (you have 2 nice stacks) but almost no defensive military (1citie without defense, so close to your enemy?) when your at war.
As mentioned by rtfischbeck above. you need to specialize your cities. Dedicate at least 1 with good production to building your military while the others focus on commerce/science.

I've noticed that you haven't built any granaries, aqueducts nor courthouses ... even theaters would help boost your culture and help expand you borders from your surrounded position.

Birka, for example, needs roads to connect the gold resource for +1 happiness bonus and the ivory so that you can build war elephants.

Civics:
Hereditary rule w/o units in your cities is a wasted civic ... stunts growth when you hit your happiness barrier and unguarded / underdefended cities make ripe AI targets, Nationhood to draft units is cool, but bureaucracy will really boost your research and hammer output in your capital, serfdom is a waste of time as slavery is by far superior ... maybe you need to build a few more workers? ... seems like you're gearing up for war ... maybe theocracy for the exp bonus would be cheaper than pacifism?

I would also suggest placing strong defensive units on every critical resource like ivory (unguarded), horses (unguarded) and metals (unguarded) as when you lose those, you're back to warriors and archers :(

I noticed also that you're trading away Ivory ... any strategic war resource should never be traded away as your trading partner could always somehow use it against you one day ... war elephants are a tough unit to deal with and i noticed that you have no spearman at all! add a few to your stacks to help counter mounted units. :)

I'd make sure to capture that mongol worker near haithabu next to your stack! easy pickins ... since the mongols are divided as a country, a focused attack to the south would add nice territory to your empire and give you some coastal shoreline while you could pillage and cripple the mongol empire to the east ... that way you could sue for peace and get something out of it, build more units and shape up your empire and finish the mongols off after that.

Hope that helps!

Looks to me as though you need to learn a bit about planning, and a bit about how civics work... you've just declared war, but all your cities are building infrastructure, and you are running pacifism? Have you looked at where you are on the power charts lately?
