Why is the Improvement growing not working modules?

I've made an improvement which grows over time but it doesn't work as it should... When it was inside of my files it was ok but once I've made it modular it stopped growing. How can you avoid this bug?

Unless you include the entire improvementinfos as the modular file, then the improvement will not work. It references by index instead of by name, which is annoying and screws up any modular mods with improvement changes.
