Wierd Science Display Bug

So I've noticed this in every version of VEM I've ever played. For whatever reason, the science timer display is frequently off by 1 turn. I think it's not recalculating correctly when our science changes mid research. For example, at the beginning of research a given tech will cost 7 turns. Midway through researching the tech, we build a library in a city or two, and our science per turn increases to a point where we shave a turn off the research. However, the displayed turns remaining does not recalculate to correctly display this information. Any info on this bug?
 
I noticed this problem half a year ago or so, and spent a few hours occasionally trying to figure out where the problem is, without success. It does count DoFs. I've suspected it has something to do with tech overflow Firaxis added in February or so. I couldn't identify the exact pattern, and without direct access to the code it's difficult to reverse-engineer where the bug might be. :think:

Haha, thanks Thal! Its not a serious bug, I can pretty easily work around it after knowing that it exists, but if you have a spare minute to take a look thats great!
