Will Civ 5 have PitBoss?

My apologies if this has been brought up before, but I ran a search and couldn't find anything concrete.

Do we know if Civ 5 have a PitBoss option? I'm currently running a Civ4 PB game and would love to run a 0-day PB game.

There has been no mention of PitBoss in relation to Civ5 anywhere as far as I'm aware.
If someone has a link to PitBoss confirmation, let them post here.

We now know that it won't be pitboss ready out of the box. But Firaxis will make it available soon thereafter (a month or so).

We're going to have the basics out of the gate. About a month after release, we're going to add Pitboss. Pitboss will be accompanied by two extraneous modes that we weren't originally planning, but the fans keep asking for: play-by-mail and hot-seat.

Sorry for the thread necro, but I can't find anything with current details. Are there any more up to date promises about Pitboss in Civ5? Obviously, a month after release didn't happen. I'm hoping to get a game set up this weekend, so if anyone has any details I'd really appreciate it.

Edit, found the quote. It's a topic about hotseat and somebody was asking for PBEM. I've made the important part bold:

No, PBEM is in the "we'll see if it can be done" category. Hotseat and Pitboss are the two modes we have said will come out for sure; PBEM is not guaranteed. That doesn't mean we're not looking in to it though. Also, as you said, it's possible that hotseat will be possible to be used as an "unofficial PBEM" but I am not sure about that quite yet.

I loved pit boss in CiV 4. Since Hotseat is all they mentioned for the next patch I suspect the earliest it will be is the patch following this coming one.

I know, and I did not pirate it, but after the disappointing demo I've only bought the game because they promised pitboss and I thought that might be fun after all.. I guess we do not condone lying to get money from others either
