Two 6600GTs would require two PCI-E x16 slots. The motherboard in the picture has only one

He doesn't give much details. I can't find any information about this "asrock kn8" motherboard on ASRock's site

The closest one would be socket 754 K8N* series but none of those support DDR2. You should ask him for more details

Does this make sense? Im not after playing the latest games, i just want TES3: Morrowind to run spectacular.

Morrowind doesn't run spectacular on any computer because the engine is coded so badly. I also have my doubts (doubts only because I haven't dabbled much with MW but I've heard and seen my brother do it a lot) that any computer available at the time MW was released could run moderately or more modded (and who wants to play MW without lots of mods?) MW in a satisfactory way.
