Win Conditions met...so why haven't I won?

This is quite [mentally challenged].

I am playing as the Germanic Tribes, Hard Battles, Hard Campaign, on RTR Platinum for BI.

I control 50 provinces (actually 84, but not the point).

Among those provinces are:
Latium
Central Gaul
Narbonensis
Tribus Chattii
Histria
Brittania Superior
Caledonia

These are all the listed Long Campaign requirements. So why haven't I won?

Well I was hoping for a victory condition win, since I'm really tired of slugging my way through the enormously powerful Macedonian Empire.
