Rice Paddy can be a retextured farm, irrigated farm could also be retextured farm (to be circular).
The rest would need unique models, and I'm going to try and learn modelling. However people who are willing to help might want to make some stuff.

Panama Canal - +50% Gold. Units move across rivers like roads. City connections can be made using rivers. (I would need help coding this). (Discovered at Combustion)
Burj Khalifa - +6 Culture, +5 Tourism (From being the tallest damned building in the world) and +10 Gold from trade routes, as well as +5 for Trade route owner. (Unlocked at Globalization
