World Events:
The Midey War ends! Nudland troops retreat from the Midey home island and go home. Astoria meanwhile also signs peace and is handed over the island they recently created a beach head on. With the war over Ocean World is finally at peace.
It is the time of innovation as many nations discover new technologies. Nudland deciseds to work on the rifle idea on a larger scale. As a result they develop Cannon Rifling. In Astoria scientists work on the use of a engine powered by water vapor. The "Steam engine" is soon adapted into both military and civilian life. The Astorian steam ships are now the fastest ships in the world.

Country Events:
The integration of Steam Ships in Astoria has sent the nation into a Depression. The economy has been hit hard as the Astorian Coin is now highly inflated and unemployment reaches 20%. The people have become Angry and many suspect rioting if conditions don't improve.
In Nudland the new technology of Cannon Rifling has lowered the economy to Prosperous.
Estland's economy improves and it starts Growing.
Horst's economy becomes Stable. As a result the people begin to forget about the war. he are no longer beginning to riot bu stay Angry.
Sudland's economy becomes Stable. The Navy is still the largest in the world.

The war with Midey was finally over. In the peace settlement, the island that the Astorian Army had gained a beachhead on, now renamed as Castinelli Island, had been incorporated into the Federation. With the infusion of steam engines into the Astorian Fleet, Astorian ships are the fastest in the world. However, this was costly - it had thrown the Federation into an immediate depression, inciting rage and fury among the people. No more military upgrades would be possible - now it was time to fix the economy again - otherwise, Astoria would forever be crippled. Supreme Director Castinelli has also declared that there will be a change in government, liberalizing the entire system: monarchy, with Castinelli being Emperor Cassius I.

We are turning away from the military dictatoship. Eventually, Astoria may even become a democracy! We are temporarily withdrawing from all foreign affairs and will only engage in defensive wars.
To Estland:
Will you now give us your rifles in exchange for our steam engines?
Orders:
Increase the Economy.
3/10 Army on Castinelli Island.
7/10 Army on Astor-Magnus Island (the biggest of the Astorian islands), Astor-Alpha Island (the northernmost island), and Astor-Omega Island (the Troke-shared island).
All these Army are to keep the people from completely rebelling.
All of the Fleet patrol the Astorian Island coasts.
Change government to Monarchy (several turns of anarchy and no-orders)
