Update 3 - June 31, 21 AC.
Asia
Korea Defeated!
After more bloody conflicts, Korea has come under complete control of Japan. Korean resistance focused around the cities of Seoul, Suwon, Pyongyang and Hamhung. Japanese infantry coordinated with air, naval and artillery smashed resistance as urban fighting erupted. The worst case was when Japanese soldiers entered Seoul on March 21. The large city housed some 250,000 defenders fighting for their homeland. Many however were ill-trained, ill-equipped and demoralized farmers who quickly gave up arms when approaching Japanese forces neared. The battles for these cities were costly, but Korea finally surrendered on May 4th, little over a year after the conflict began, as Japanese soldiers finished their occupation of Seoul and continued fighting in Pyongyang.

Borders Heat Up
The border between the Democratic Republic of China and the Republic of Shanghai have heated up as DRoC forces go onto high alert and ships and planes begin more patrolling than usual. Shanghai forces have rapidly been put on high alert and their air force has been scrambled to highest alert status, with nearly half of the air force in air at any given time. Is war in Asia slowly spreading south from Korea?

Australian Naval Empire Expands
The RoA has continued its advance in the Pacific and Indian oceans by occupying more and more islands. As the Communist portion of the continent continues to condemn the actions of blatant imperialism, the democratic side begins to put its military on high alert expecting attack. The Communists fearing an attack on them also increase their alert status and another show down has begun in the Pacific. The Communist half has spent money upping its military in expecting a war as the capitalist side does the same.

Arabian War stalls
The war in Arabia stalls as both sides dig in for 6 months. (No orders). Surprisingly though, 15,000 Palestinian volunteers have joined both armies.
Civil War in Abyssinia!
Brought on by the continued support for Israel, including the official signing of the UPIS. The continual conversions of national representatives and advisors. Not only religious qualms, but the feelings that they were cheated out of recent elections that were to replace the interim government were unfair and biased towards Ethiopia. As a result the peoples of Uganda and Somalia have led an open revolt against that of Abyssinia. The Somali revolt has been based largely around Mogadishu and supported by local clerics. Uganda however has a much larger support base of local Christians along with warlords from parts of Uganda not occupied by Abyssinia. Talks of a Ugandan nation has begun, as Somalis fight for more representation. Ugandans make up about 15% of the population, while Somalis make up around 9%. With the collapse of the interim government and disputes over the newly elected one, King Menelik III has been proclaimed temporary ruler of Abyssinia.

Nigeria Moves Out
Nigeria has attracted the attention of its neighbors by beginning to destroy local warlords surrounding its nation. The forces sent to occupy these lands are too few to really grasp such a large area, without a specific push.

South African Conflict
South Africa has finally begun the invasion of Malawi. After nearly a year of tensions, South Africa launched an invasion of the new nation. On February 15 South Africa launched nearly its entire military against the warlord coalition nation. South Africa quickly gained air superiority over the nation and began delivering death from above. Advances were made rapidly and by the end of the month, the South African army was at the outskirts of Lilongwe. At this time, the small force of 5000 left to guard the warlord cities of Nacala and Quelimane. In acts of desperation and starvation met up and allied. Soon radio contacts were confirmed that on March 4th, the two warlords joined with Malawi.
The new threat forced two divisions off of the main Malawi front to deal with these two warlords. Malawi forces began to converge on Lilongwe to defend it from the invading South Africans. The city was pounded by air and artillery until finally on March 17th the offensive to take the city was launched. Two weeks of heavy urban fighting was launched because of this. Heavy casualties resulted on both sides. By April, the two city warlords had been defeated and forces were rapidly advancing against the Mozambique warlords of Malawi. Malawi forces were in continual withdraw after continual fighting in urban environments. Guerilla tactics have also cost South Africa as supply lines are routinely attacked. With the advent of further South African aggression more warlords have joined Malawi, this time in the west in former Zambia. Half the nation of Malawi now lies in South African hands.

Russo-Baltic War becomes 2nd Baltic War
With lack of NEF command(no orders), NEF forces go one the defensive without sending any troops from other areas to fight. Meanwhile, Russia subdues the pockets of resistance in Scandinavia while retreating from NEF Sweden. Russian forces retreating leave behind mines and booby traps which hardly effect the NEF military, but maim and kill hundreds of civilians. Reports of looting, murders and rape are also growing out of Sweden done by Russian forces. Both sides go onto the defensive with no real combat besides artillery and air sorties. Russia has also has begun conscripting forces in preparation for an attack on their land. With the conflict grown beyond simply one between the Baltic Federation and Russia, analysts have renamed it the 2nd Baltic War.

New Years Eve Sneak Attack!
CSA forces moved out sneak attack against the ESA on New Years Day. ESA forces were caught completely unaware by the attack. Luckily for the ESA, initial CSA air strikes were targeted against government buildings and not military. Although the governor of Michigan, the Lt. Governors of Georgia, and Florida, and the destruction of government buildings the ability to fight the CSA remained. An armored thrust was then launched in the Ohio Valley to reach the Appalachians. The newly trained Crack CSA troops were capable of outmatching their ESA counterparts. Still the ESA retaliated through air, but mostly sea. The port cities of Houston, New Orleans, and Mobile were blockaded. The CSA only way of trade has been cut off, hurting the economy. CSA forces have however taken their objective and by the end of May reached the Appalachians. Here they hunkered down and began digging in. ESA defenders at Fort Wayne have stubbornly refuses to budge in the face of the invading forces.
