Colossus - 23 - 3 = 20 : It's a match between Petra, Borobur and Colossus. Great effect, but situationnal. You need a coastal city and hammers. Hard at start, and there's Oracle to build.

It's difficult, I'd be happy to build any of the wonders.

However, of the remaining ones, I feel the Oracle, while nice, has the least impact - it's one free policy and that's it. And while it's easier to get than other wonders on higher levels, it's still not that easy to get, especially if you build the NC first (and, for that matter, it's only considered easier because humans tend to beeline for philosophy).

The Temple of Artemis OTOH, is the gift that keeps on giving, food and growth wise.

Upvote to Borobudur. It's three missionaries very early, while I'm often waiting for that Enhancing Prophet. It makes your religion a presence in the neighborhood for sure, while everyone else is trying to figure out the rest of their beliefs.

Downvote to Broadway. Is it nice? Sure, but it's only slightly better than the recently eliminated Globe Theatre. Someone ought to look at those two wonders and maybe throw another free GP or Work in with them.

Leaning Tower of Pisa really helps every victory condition, increased GP growth and a free GP is extremely versatile. You can probably bag another one of the wonders up here if you pick a Great Engineer

I find that Neuschwanstein (as well as Macchu Pichu) are too situational for most games. They force you to settle a city within 2 tiles of a mountain, which isn't always optimal (unless you're the Inca). Neuschwanstein is powerful, but difficult to construct.

Statue Of Liberty- 29 One of the biggest late game wonders that just lets the tech leader get a lot further ahead! Powerful with very little opportunity cost. Also works great with freedom and all the specialist bonuses you've already gotten from these policies.
Stonehenge- 20
Temple of Artemis - 17
Uffizi - 12 Definitely the wonder I care about the least among these options.

Borobudur -12- At this point in the game, you'll probably worry more about founding or adding to your religion. The other two faith-based wonders help with that but this one just gives you free missionaries, that has effects which could easily be overridden by other civs missionaries later on in the game when they go crazy with religious expansion.

+1 to Neuschwanstein. By the time you're building it, Walls & Castles cost next to no production, and they've always been maintenance free. Now all the castles are maintenance free low production culture, happiness, and gold buildings which just so happen to make your cities harder to take. I'll often settle near mountains just to build it (and Observatories) later.

-3 to Porcelain Tower. This is a personal gripe, but I really don't know if that extra 50% on Research Agreements is doing anything. I know the beakers generated are capped in some way by the weaker civ's science output, so does this just contribute to any 'wasted' beakers? Does the matching Social Policy? I really don't know. Aside from that, it's a Great Scientist. That's nice but totally outdone by something like the Leaning Tower which could be a Scientist and 25% more Scientists.
