Temple of Artemis - 6 + 1 = 7 : Usefull in OCC. Very interesting in other game. Sometimes I can rush archery to build it. Faster range soldier + growth may be a good gamble.
Uffizi - 4 - 3 = 1 : Needs Aethetics, and not theming bonus is really hard to catch. I'd prefer to only open exploration for the Louvre. If I'm going for CV, I'll spam archeologist and prefer have bonus from my artefacts.

TEMPLE OF ARTEMIS
A little goes a long way, especially when you stack it with religious and social policy modifiers. Getting more population faster than other Civs is very important, and, as the poster above me stated, is crucial in an OCC game.

UFFIZI
The Aesthetics tree, the ultimate thing to help a culture victory, and what does it unlock? Only the SECOND best theming bonus available. That, combined with the difficulty of getting three works of art from the same era and Civ (compared to the easier and higher theming bonus for the Louvre), makes this wonder not very good.

Petra -15 (+1) Game changing wonder when built in the right location. I've played multiple games where after initial scouting I found such a location, went liberty, got my second city in that spot and rush built Petra with a GE from liberty finisher. You immiediately get 2 powerhouse cities instead of one and can get a lot more wonders (or other stuff), which you can now build simultanously.

Chichen Itza - 27
Colossus - 26
Eiffel Tower - 35
Forbidden Palace - 18
Hanging Gardens - 16 - 3 = 13 This has become a bit situational....much easier to get in BNW...most important I think when you have a low food city....but the wonders now remaining are all good...but someone has to go...

+1 to Neuschwanstein: In my opinion, one of the strongest if not the strongest Wonder for a Wide player. By the time you build it, getting Walls and Castles in all your cities is no problem whatsoever, and the total Happiness and Culture generated by doing this is crazy. Oh, and all those buildings are maintenance-free. Sweeeeet.

-3 to Louvre. If only you were in a better Social Policy tree, then I'd like you a lot more. Sorry tourism pyramid, Exploration is dragging you down.

-3 to Louvre. I'll explain it in Monty's words : CHIMNEY CANCAN, CHIMNEY CANCAN

While the bit above is probably enough, I'll elaborate - the Louvre is overrated and only a viable choice for cultural gaming. It's not particularly good. And the naval tree is not very good either (unless you have dozens of coastal cities which you want all to get +3 production, in which case go ahead)

+1 to Artemis. It's an underrated wonder that actually matters. It gives a tiny bit of culture and a neat GE point, but of course it's not those things that matter. What is really good about it is the +food bonus, combined with some... neat +production to ranged units (the best kind of units).

Chichen Itza - 27 - 3 = 24 : How can you build it ? I never build it since Prince difficulty. AI allways build it before me. I can't keep Chichen Itza with Louvre at 1. In my game I sometimes build Le Louvre but never Chichen Itza. Despite this, its effect is great, but it's just like Great Library.

Hanging gardens, science and specialist powerhouse

Tower, once I surpass the AI in science, who cares about RA? Rather build real science output, universities, schools, labs, observatories, anything giving food.

Leaning Tower of Pisa - 35
Machu Picchu - 21
Neuschwanstein - 29
Notre Dame- 25
Oracle - 23
Petra -12 - Yes, it's potentially very powerful, but it's situational, oft favoured by the AI and down a usually non-optimal tech path. Heading for Petra instead of early NC and then losing the wonder to an AI, which happens pretty often, is crippling.
Porcelain Tower = 1
Sistine Chapel - 33
Statue of Liberty - 32
Stonehenge - 14
Temple of Artemis - 13 - Cheap, achievable (on Immortal at least, dunno about Deity) and some excellent benefits. An early GE point leads nicely into another wonder down the line, ranged units are the best type to be building en-mass in the earlier eras and the food (not growth) bonus is massive - way better than HG.

Neuschwanstein - 29
Notre Dame- 25 - 3 : 22. Like Chichen Itza, I'm far away from AI in science until Public School. I never rush Physics for Notre Dame. So, I maybe build Notre Dame two or three time in my last 100 games. Powerful for hapinness or Faith but just inbuildable.
Oracle - 23
Petra -12
Porcelain Tower - 1 + 1 = 2 : My game style. I always open Rationalism, and at least secularism. I always spend money in RAs. Science is important in civ. I always build Porcelain Tower. Free scientist at all. I drop my last game at T 320, when I realize I'll win SV/domination but cause I don't spend money to RA's not before T 360/400. RA's is maybe less powerful since last patch, but when still necessary.

Stonehenge - 14 -3 = 11 It's by no means bad, but it comes at a time where there are other priorities/better wonders. I wouldn't delay NC or build this instead of ToA/Oracle, unless I'm going for a strong early religion
Temple of Artemis - 13 + 1 = 14 One of the most underrated wonders for the reasons stated before me (huge growth past mid-game & that free GE poping around the renaissance). Another thing to note is that the growth bonus kicks in at a time when cities' growth is slowed down by filling the specialist slots. ToA compensates this and allows for extremely tall empires in late-game when the food tiles are being re-worked, and combined with medical labs + cargo ships..
