Anyone know offhand if (a) projects, and (b) small wonders, contribute to the wonders part of your civ score?

Small (national wonders) contribute the same score as world wonders!

And I don't know about projects.

I would be surprised if Projects didn't contribute, considering that they are wonders which simply cannot be rushed.
