Wonder videos

For some reason, the wonder videos arent working correctly for me. I meet all of the system requirements and am having no other troubles with the game. Most wonder videos just stop playing after the first couple frames, but the sound still works, and if i click on the video the text still comes up describing it, but the video will not budge. The stonehenge one actually gets a few seconds in before the frame rates start dropping from normal to nothing and instead of lagging it just seems to skip these frames entirely. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing wrong with your hardware, the movies don't work for a bunch of people. There are supposed to be a low res set of movies released by Firaxis soon, but in the meantime download RAD game tools bink player here:

With this you can watch them outside the game. They always run perfect on this even when civ 4 running in the backround (proves the ingame bink player is fubar).
