hold the requests for minor states for pack 3. Right now I have a long hit list and if I get distracted (and I think everyone knows I can easily be distracted) by interesting images, who knows how long it will take to finish.
But as for Pope Pius IX he was on my list, but the Papal States got bumped out for another civ. So he might return. There's many scenarios that can use a Pope head.

a portrait of young Cixi
And from the drama mostly because that dress was much easier to make.

Well I think my new head looks a little too much like my Ottoman head. But I just found some other photos of him with a different looking face than the painting.

Ismail Pasha, Khedive of Egypt and the Sudan. Ismail was portly. Lengthen the face, fatten him up and give him some jowls.

Beautiful. That last female doesn't look anything like the picture, but she's got gorgeous eyes. The moustache looks wrong on the next-to-last one - the muttonchop sideburns need to be lowered a bit on the jaw: I've worn a moustache like that, and the sideburns tend to want to follow the jawline - which is then pulled down a bit by gravity. Hope you don't mind the constructive criticism.

I'll take the flattering portraits over the truth telling photographs any day. Shiro would have been very popular with the rulers of the day.
