World builder isn't working.

I checked the manual that I found here, but something isn't working like that manual says it should.

I started off by changing all the plot to ocean, just like the manual said. But then, when I try to place individual pieces of plane, I can click on the ocean tile that I want to change to plane, except... it doesn't get placed. When I click, it just changes the camera a little bit.

I've tried everything I can think of; I tried right-clicking, I've tried pressing the "ENTER" button. I tried shift-click; I tried ctrl-click, but nothing seems to work.

What am I supposed to do?

It works like that (Manual page 9 = PDF page 12).

Could it be a question of authorisation? What is your operating system?

Edit: of course it's not that, you could change the plots into oceans. No idea then.

Uncheck Lock Modified Assets and you are free to go.
