World Builder

Do we have any info on the world builder? When you start a new game do we get the same basic selections or is there going to be more to it? And is it going to be better/smarter?

We know that there is one and that it will convert Civ4 maps into Civ5 maps.

Somewhere in this article you can read, that a stand alone map making tool will be available.
Besides the importing function, nothing more is known.
