Yeah definitly bug - for all countries starting from Supermarine Spitfire. Weird bug. Tough I don't know why it appears.

Have a look in your Global Defines and make sure the none of your unit parameters exceed these. I discoved this with my Panzer Armies as they had a 95% withdrawal bonus and the Maximum withdrawal bonus (in global defines) was 90%.

is it just me of is the french army very big and very offensive.also i was playing as the 3rd reich and turkey declared war on me in the first few turns.i was using diplomacy with stalin and he was only at war with poland but it give me the option to ask him to attack lots of different cities that arent polish.
