As surprising as it may seem, I can do something similar. :p (but I'm not going to get into details, let's just say my ribs are... different to those of most people). I'd do it for curiousity, but I don't know about more than that. Depends. :p

Anyway then I'll answer:
Yes, but I get a massive neck cramp for the next day from stretching it so much, and it doesn't taste terribly good, but it's not too bad either...:groucho:

Answer: no, way too uncomfortable.
 
Yup, did it before (when I was younger and more nimble).
The easiest way is to stand on the back of your head and try to put your feet behind you. (very uncomfortable, I admit).

It's a general yoga move, and the more you do it, the easier it gets.

It's quite difficult if you weigh over 100 pounds :king:

I weigh over 140 and it's not that hard for me... Too awkward to be really enjoyable, but not terribly difficult.

Not "hard" per se, but it hurts on the neck if you generally don't strengthen that part of the body.
