WTH Is This!!!

I cant open any of my saves and the is a poem at the bottom of the menu screen that says: OWNED! (Then goes on to make a little poem about cowards and steel and some bull****.) Have I been hacked?
I havent downloaded anything on Civ3 except the 1.21f patch in recent weeks!
