I and many others are distracted by vacations and the coming release of Civ7, but am just letting you all know that a Deity lvel BOTM 278 is in the works... sooner rather than later is my and the staff's aim.

I have been building the Mac starting saves for Civ4 and BtS since forever. However, this has depended on me being able to run the game on my Mac, which in turn requires a working DVD.
I have bad news, I’m afraid. My Mac will no longer read my BtS DVD. I guess the DVD is damaged. So I am sorry, but I can no longer build BoTM start files, and this marks the end of our Mac support. :-(

That would be wonderful. But you need a DVD to launch it yourself. Do you have more than one? If they were still available to buy, I would get a new one myself, but I can’t find one.

Oh, it is a pity you cannot buy it anymore. I have been using Steam for many years and I used to have Civ CDs, but probably only Win. I will look on eBay if there is a DVD and I have a working version of Mac Civ installed on my computer - maybe there is a way to somehow copy it onto yours? or do you need a DVD? I simply kept one of my Macs on purpose under the old operating system just for civ
