I wasted an hour trying to load this because I forgot I had not yet installed the WW2 Global folder before I tried to load the scenario...

Silly me!
Only about 4 turns in, so too early to tell. I sailed my navy out of Marseilles, and the Italians promptly sank two BBs.

Well, I paid them back, sank two of theirs and 3 CA so now we're even. Sort of. I lost like 12 subs whittling down their BBs. The Med is off to it's usual rousing start. Only way you could make it even more frantic is if they had transports to start down there.
I rushed some workers, and am fortifying the Belgian border as fast as I can go. Germany took 3 turns to finish off Poland, and has shown up on the Belgian border. I've sniped a few units north of my fortress line, but I don't think I am going to get too many more opportunities to do that sort of thing. Too costly. Italians pulled off their conscripts from the border, as I expected them to do and have shown up in Belgium, but the fortresses! I was expecting special forts, not the real deal. I have already managed to kill the NE most one, but I don't dare proceed farther, I just don't have the troops to spare. The key is in the door though, so to speak.
I am moving a small force towards Libya; it seems like a sideshow down there. I put the hidden palace in Hanoi, and the Forbidden in the Pacific city to try and make it useful. I just KNOW the fact that I have no troops there has got the Japanese salivating like rabid doggies, I need a garrison!
I like the resources not going over air/sea, it makes those colonies very hard to keep happy AND productive, and the motorized infantry are a good addition too.
Hopefully I have more to add later. I am wondering btw, what happened to that Pacific squadron that France had in earlier versions? I could really use some ships over there right now.
