@Recoteh.
IMHO I think the turns are too long maybe cutting out all air and sea trade would be a good idea.
Thanks sir rocoteh for the information. i cancelled the south american countries and add axis power into german control when i play as german so it helped me too much thanks for that scenerio.

I have a problem DLing this scenario. I can't use 3D Downloads because I need to open cookies use it. I have a bug
on my PC, It causes it to crash when I try to use Cookies.So can you maybe temporarily upload the sceanario to
another website. I would really like to playWW2-Global.

Question what takes up the most time Air or Sea trade I would think it would be the sea trade because the computer has got to check to see if ships are blocking a trade route it seems to me it would be easier to check for airports and wouldnt take all that much time for air trade can someone explain why air trade would cause very much lag in the game.and how do you change that in the editor?.Nevermind on the editor part i found how to change it.Equuleus,
With the exception of some cities with "special" wonders
all air and sea trade have already been removed.

Let's say you have thirty cities with two resources on one continent, and another thirty cities with two difference resources on another. They are connected via airtrade.can someone explain why air trade would cause very much lag in the game
I enabled air trade and started a new game it took about 20 to 30 minutes to load the new game without air trade it takes about 5 minutes to load a new game on my computer with air trade disabled. I really didnt see a difference in turn times once the game was started but i only did about 4 turns though that might change later on in the game I guess.I would have to play more to be sure how much it would effect the turn times later in the game.I was just curious about air trade vs sea trade. Im not sure its worth testing though only to find out its going to slow the game down later on.It just makes it a little more interesting strategy wise if you have the option to trade with everyone especially if your allies is not on the same continent as you.Let's say you have thirty cities with two resources on one continent, and another thirty cities with two difference resources on another. They are connected via airtrade.
I think the lag comes from the fact that the comp has to compute the fact that all 60 cities have access to all 4 resources. Cutting the connection would take a long while because now suddenly those cities are restricted to what they can build and it takes the comp a while to sort out which cities can build what.
At least, that is my understanding of it. I makes sense that this would only really affect large maps with lots of cities. Smaller maps have fewer interconnections to take into account.
Why do you find it unrealistic that Germany and Japan be partners in trade?. they was allies during WW2 and Germany also supplied Japan with the parts needed to build nuclear weapons toward the end and was intercepted by the US in the pacific at the end of the war.Another thing I find unrealistic is Germany trading with Japan or other over seas nations.
