I need a favor. Can someone please reskin the Me262 for JV 44?

Also, is there any chance that someone could take a stab at making this Knight's Cross that I started in the attached jpeg look a bit more polished? It is for the "Experten" units that the Luftwaffe will occasionally earn in Over the Reich.

Hey guys, my Civ II ToT CD arrived today. I installed it on my Windows 10 computer and everything was going well until I tried to play a game. I can launch the game and then start the process of selecting world options, however, as soon as I hit the OK button selecting the civilization I want to play, the game immediately CTDs. I have patched my copy with the 1.1 patch I found here on Civfanatics. Can anyone help me get the game running?

OK. I've tried following the instructions for the ToTPP on the website Catfish's Cave and it's still not working. In fact it seems to be worse now, the game crashes immediately after double clicking on the icon and doesn't even get to the landing screen.

OK. I think I got it working but I see now that ToT doesn't have any of the classic Civ 2 scenarios like the WW2 one or the Rome or any of the expansion pack scenarios. Is that the case or am I just missing them somewhere?

Here is the 262 as well as a 190 in png so that you can get an idea of the size restraints for the Ritterkreuz.

Here are a few additional requests but I need to be up front: I'm not 100% sure all will make it in the scenario. I'm pretty sure they will because I don't think we really need unit space for anything else, and I intend to implement them now, but if further testing supports that there is a need for other units, these would be the first to be cut. I don't like asking for stuff I won't use so my intention is to use them, but there is full disclosure:

A Bf 110G-4 reskin with the addition of the radar set in front. I would like it to be skinned as the following to represent Heinz-Wolfgang Schnaufer, the top Nachtjagdflieger of the Luftwaffe.

A Fw190A reskin in Egon Mayer's trim:

A Fw190D9 reskin in Josef Priller's trim:

A Me109 reskin in Herman Graff's trim:

Here's four of them with Curt's Knights Cross - 110 ace to follow after I've made some progress with a scenario I'm playing. The pics I found of Graf and Mayer showed their aircraft were grey/green rather than just grey upper surfaces, so I've gone with that.

The WW1 armored cars did get new wheels during the interwar years.
These were my attempts. The spare wheel on the lancia looks odd though.
