Okay, here's a link to the FULL update (any version to v2.2, the latest version). It should clear up any problems.

The problem is that when I unzip the file it doesn't always extract the complete set of files. Paasky explanation is that this occurs to some people using Internet Explorer (which is my case).

So I do have Version 2.01 but can't get the files to make it to V2.2...

When I extract the files from the Upgrade from 2.01 to 2.2 files I only get ONE folder when I should get more... I can try to DL the set of files you've suggested but there is a (high) chance it won't work.

If someone who can extract the full files of the Update from 2.01 to 2.2 (which says it's something like 300K), could you pleeeeeease send it to me by email? Maybe that will work...

I propose we start with an old BIQ file, with the following nations:

1-Germany:Tboy (GMT+1)
2-Soviet Union: Icmancin (GMT-4)
3-France:Aksully (GMT-5)
4-Allies: TechGuy (GMT-5)
5-Italy: AluminumKnight (GMT-5)
6-Neutrals: A.I.E.E.E (GMT)
7-Turkey:Luthor_Saxburg (GMT)
8-Spain: Drendor (GMT)

I know the playing order is not the same, but I did not have the patient to change things. There are some strange things (likely unfinished items) which I'm sure you'll realize in the first turn (like Italian units in Spain).

There are barbarians in this scenario!

I'm sending the BIQ file to Tboy so that he can start. I suggest that more than one person knows the master key.

I've just checked out the BIQ, the only thing wrong is the graphics. All the cities have ancient age graphics, and the units all use wrong ones (e.g. mg battalions have a queen graphic). Luthor, what happened?

EDIT: I just realised, you change the countries as well. Spain and Sweden are the same country, and Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania and Finland are a unified separated country. This is OK to play with, and is an improvement, but the graphics...

Luthor, what happened?

Like I said in the email, I used an older version of Paasky's BIQ file. The only thing I've changed was the names of the countries so that Italy wouldn't be called Spain. Oooh, and I added two VP's location: one in Spain and the other in Turkey. Not that the Neutrals will have much chance of winning anyhow.

I didn't go into details and certainly didn't realize the MG Bat graphics!!! Just change the graphics. And START the game... otherwise it will be a dead born.

EDIT: In my PC there is nothing wrong with the MG Battallion graphic... it looks fine to me.
