XP bonuses

Playing Mongol. I will like to know if Ger (stable) and barrack XP bonusses added up to new units build? Each is +4 and +3 respectively. It means if a horse archer gets +7?
If i us Thecracy, does this +2 XP further top up to what i have on barrack and Ger? Great general do add +2 I noticed. A barrack + GG give a +5 starting Xp.
 
Indeed. Theocrazy (misspelled on purpose) + vassalage + barracks + ger = 11 xp for horsies out of the box. 7 xp for non-horsie land units and 4 xp for things that float (like a big styrofoam box armed with a gatlinggun).
 
Yes, they all stack. A word of advice regarding Mongols, partuclarly Ghengis. Run vassalage or theocracy but not both, so you have a 9 XP unit. Win one battle and you already have a promotion which helps getting a GG .
 
When playing a Charismatic Leader, the Great general added on top of those four is 13 exp for a mounted unit--good for 4 promotions!
 
Yep, everything stacks. Enjoy the late-game fun of a city with West Point, Heoric Epic, a barracks, four settled great generals, and the pentagon somewhere in your empire minting 4+3+8+2 = 17xp units every other turn, 21 xp with vasslage and theocracy. As an agg/prot leader, mech inf would come out with no fewer than eight (I think) promotions.
