Mine is definitly Xenogears, however the second spot is a bit harder to decide on. It comes down to Disgaea, which has gotten more play time on a single save than any other game I can recall, or Live-a-Live. I think Live-A-Live wins barely, becouse of the ~Flow~ chapter, which I might go on about my reasons for loving so much another day. ^_^

Supposing it's not just for computers, I'd say The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) and Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds (which is computer).

Starcraft is definitely my second-favorite game of all time.

Third place is quite a pile-up. SimCity 3000, Diablo II, Rogue Spear, and Baldur's Gate II all have seen more than their fair share of playing time.
