Those are my two favorite traits. I was very disappointed when I realized those were my favorites and there was no leader who had them. I wonder if any of the leaders in Warlords will have that combo? If not, is that something that could be done with a mod?

nm, i realize now that the leader traits are easily altered in the leader xml file.

I also wish there was a leader with Industrious and Philosophical traits. If this leader started with Mysticism and either Mining or Hunting... oh man.
I figure Firaxis didn't include such a leader because it would be too easy to get started on a Culture game.
