lol. The problem imo with the map is that it's impossible to zoom in and when you do it becomes so pixelated you can't do anything. The main reason for this I think is because of the resolution your using 1600 x 978. If you used 1024 x 720(I think) that should make it much easier to use.

The Americas
The Cuban Tribes have launched a daring assault upon their old enemies, the powerful Caribe. Targeting specifically the western end of the island of Cuba their attack has met with stubborn resistance, but it is succeeding. The newly recruited Caribee warriors are proving no match for the formidable and newly invented Recurve Bow of the Cubans, unfortunately for the Caribee. They seize control of nearly all of Western Cuba and the isle directly to the south of it. The Cuban tribes now attempt to court the mighty Olmecs and desperately pull their troops back to the undermanned western front. In other news the Caribee managed to push farther into the uncharted terrain of the land of Florida. It is unknown if they will be able to maintain these holdings due to the ongoing war between them and the Cubans.

As well the Olmecs continue their steady march north and west, colonizing areas on the Gulf of Mexico and steadily expanding their rule. They are considering offering aid to the Cuban people in their war against the Caribee, or to intervene for their long time allies, the Caribee tribe. As of now it appears they will likely sit the war out.
The Inc- I mean South Americans continue their slow and steady expansion. A new civilization has arisen in California, based heavily around agriculture and fishing. They are a wealthy and prosperous race and seek to dominate the pan Pacific coastal region
The Mediterranean
In Greece the Corinthian government has begun an ambitious building and improvement campaign to further their war capacity. They have begun a system to connect the formerly disunified Greek mountain towns, greatly improving their infrastructure. They also developed a revolutionary new method of metal casting, greatly increasing how fast their spearman levies could be equipped. Their metal may also soon see an upkick in its effectiveness. They have established a revolutionary Republican system greatly increasing the approval of their upper classes, though going largely unnoticed by the more humble peoples of Corinth. Their trade is doing well to the naval protection, and they have begun a slow armed mobilization to the northern front with Mycenae, in preparation for a possible war.
Macedon continues to expand and Minoas trade and culture are still highly flourishing and will prove a strong rival to the rising star of Corinth.

To the West to the Tunean nation of Sicily expanded to the borders of their island nation and have also begun expanding into Italy. Yet there have been reports of the expanding Junean dynastic navy raided Tunisian navy. While the Juneans deny any and all reports of such piracy the Tunisians have been quite upfront in their declarations of piracy and threaten military action against the Tunes if they do not pay 1 EC in recompense over the next decade. Their burgeoning military and trade fleet has supplemented their economy and enlarged itself due to giving service or death to captured shipmen.
Their population has enlarged itself due to the large population from the building efforts of King Keal. They have begun an ambitious road program to better their infrastructure levels. They are slowly becoming a Mediterranean trade behemoth.

This has been a period of minor stagnation in the nation of Egypt, as little progress is made. The Upper & Lower Egyptians have begun up scaling their armies while the Kush to the south have been in a period of great growth. The Nabateans have also continued their glad anonymity expanding further into Arabia.
The Near East
In anticipation of a possible military conflict with the Assyrian Empire the Albonians have sought to expand their domains as much as possible, even through military means, this has brought them into conflict with both the Assyrians and Phoenicians.
