Greetings,

Is there a way to setup a game so that you can observe a game with no human players to completion? I am interested in seeing 18 AIs duke it out on a huge map, but mod developers could also use this to see if AIs are behaving correctly in their games.

I've done some searching and apparently this was somewhat possible in CIV 4 and it actually did not require a mod. It used a console command. Is there a console in CIV 5?

In the Tuner, one of the default panels (I forget exactly which one) has buttons to Autoplay a specific number of turns. During Autoplay, the AI controls all civs and you can choose which civ to control when the autoplay ends. The Tuner is also where the console is for civ5, and it is part of the SDK package.

Thanks for the reply kind sir, that's exactly what I was looking for. I had a little trouble figuring out that you start the FireTuner by launching it from the CIV 5 sdk tools in steam. I got it going now, but I think im going to need to start my own distributed computing project to finish this 22 civ marathon game lawl.
