Update 3:
The Imperial Army of Catholic Nuns emerged on the galactic scene. However, they seem to have strong anti-industrial policies, as they have not built anything on their planet yet...
Scientists on New Scotland sell the patent for their anti-gravity nostril hair clippers (which they accidentally developed) to a wealthy galactic corporation. This contributes 3 Materials to the Highland Cows. They now have enough to build something else.
Scientists on Planet Panda develop new industrial automation techniques. This produces one more material per turn on that planet.
A population boom occurs on Purple Juppie, after the government orders all holograph TV stations to screen romantic movies each night. The population reaches 10 billion, producing more Materials, and enough to support another installation on the planet.
The Fruit Alliance’s new explorer ship is awaiting orders…
There was talk of trade between the Planet of the Rock Gods and New Scotland, but nothing happened. This is probably due to mutual hostility. Also, the Xtream Empire currently lacks a spaceship with which to conduct trade. But the Highland Cows’ warships could establish a trade route, if they wish.
The Illu-Kazhr claim another planet for their empire with the colonisation of Unamed Grey Planet #1, previously explored by the Space Hamsters but unsettled by them (their ship continues to trade with Penguinska instead).
Deep space is empty, as no ships are exploring. However, the galaxy is already becoming a dangerous place. The Space Zombine Nuclear Apocalypse Empire produced another warship, and already has two legions of troops on standby. The Highland Cows also have two warships ready for action…
That’s it so far

. Everyone has enough to build something else now, so feel free to send build orders if you want!
