ZWK -another game

Same as usual... one or two rush-built Wellingtons and AA batteries replaced by f***in' I-16's and infantry. I guess I should give up on buying units for now.

Ok people: I'm resigning, for I have cheated in the ZWK2 game out of pure boredom...stupid but true, and I don't think anyone will be able to trust me again this way, so...if you want I can stay 'till there is a replacement.

(very painfull moment)
For me,
you can continue until we found someone else to play your turns. If you want, at least, but it's a waste to let the AI play your turns.

As to the overall situation, I have my thoughts but I'd like to keep them to myself until I hear Darius's take on it since he was the one who was most affected in the other game. I'll reserve comment until I see what he has to say.

And however this works out...from a purely selfish standpoint, an AI Minor Axis is not OK.

As I said in ZWK 4, I'm for him continuing since in ZWK 2 he didn't cheat until he already won. It was stupid yes, but he at least didn't do it to win, he just wanted to get it over with.

OK, then. I say he stays as well. My feelings were that willem has developed enough goodwill around here to get a second chance. In some ironic twist, the fact that it was so blatant and obvious somehow makes it seem less bad. It was almost like he wanted to get caught. But I wanted to hear what Darius thought since it had been done to him. If Darius is OK with letting him continue after what happened, then it seems reasonable for the rest of us to let him continue

Bordeaux liberated, securing southern france.
Sarajevo and Riga also see the benefits of joining the Axis Powers.

So what, just set it back and get Tim to send you the Panzer III tech so there is no need.

As I stated in other posts, I'll withdraw from the games, and withdraw from CFC for at least a little while. Maybe I'll make a ZWK Strategy guide or something, gotta get things straight up there first anyway.

Stop, I think I have increased the attack strength of the Panzer II here.
So how long was this going on? Did it play a significant part in the outcomes in southern France (Toulon, Vichy) or Egypt (the recent attack on Cairo, possibly the defense of Tobruk)?

We need to know whether we can continue from this point, or if not, how far back we would need to go (or whether to just scrap the game).

You mean I can give techs to my Allies?  Imagine the possibilities! :enlighten

;)

Hello everybody!!

A few might know me already as I'm in a couple of games here. I love to play Civ II especially against human opposition. I've read the pots and would gladly take over the Minor Axis but on the other hand I don't want to kick somebody out of a game. So when you've settled everything and it is sure that Willem is out you can sign me in. I hope everybody will agree with me.

Thx
