Basically, everybody is rushing to request injunctions and other precautionary measures for classes to continue. In some places, school headmasters and restaurant owners are saying that they will open anyway and some provinces are already refusing to apply what is in any case an unconstitutional decree by the central executive.
It is very sad to see somebody visibly disintegrate before our eyes even as we speak; both for their own sakes and those of the people they misrule this entire government should be removed from office.
