Alright, I hate to spam up your page, but the following nations have agreed to protect any hypothetical Mexican Empire and/or Cascadia:

1. Myself.
2. ZeletDude/Italy.
3. Tailless/Levantines.
4. Cull/USSR, provided said states are socialist(you don't need to worry about this part since I'm more or less responsible for crafting each NPC's character, unless you want something different, of course.).
5. The NPCs themselves would be involved in the war, meaning 5 against 5(since Brazil has its hands full and doesn't like aggressive war).

With this information, will you be happy to agree to my proposal of how to carve up your lands?

In fact, I'll unilaterally guarantee the independence of both NPCs(or one if you give Cascadia to CivG), as well as CivG. If I get dragged into war, I could probably convince my allies to smash Dommy and co. as well.

Besides, several of us are already at war with Dommy or his allies... we'd just escalate the conflict a bit.

IOT II

While we are disappointed at your leaving, we are nonetheless willing to honor your orders.

Though Connecticut'd be a bit gamebreaking with all that new territory, so I would like to appeal the following:

1. Everything south of California becomes the "Mexican Empire" NPC.
2. Everything north of California becomes the Cascadia NPC, or gets turned over to Connecticut.

Of course, the final decision is yours.
