If you do want to draft the treaty, though, please do so, consulting with any and all allies necessary such as Nailix, and ensuring that there is something approximating to an equitable peace in the Mediterranean and/or a peace that Spain, Corsica and Sardinia will sign, and PM me the proposed draft tomorrow. I can then fiddle it. I do want you to include all parties, though, such as Sardinia and Corsica, because I don't want, in principle, to betray my sworn allies by signing a separate peace with Italy. I want the whole war brought to a close all in one document, however outrageous that document is.

I'm not entirely sure what your objection is to what I suggested in the first place, which I'd prefer on the whole.

Could you please send me your demands for Spain first? That makes it simpler in my opinion. I'm not going to draft it until tomorrow.

I'll PM you my proposed treaty before I post it, so that you can approve (or emend, to be honest, pretty much how you like) the language and substance of what I say. I'll need to receive all demands, including about Spain, first, though. I'll probably draft the treaty tomorrow.
