On a more general, I think I've identified one of our, what I call in ideological history "Original Differences". These sort of actual disagreements about things that no amount of argument or evidence can settle, because they are so early in someone's thought pattern.
Would you say it's fair to describe you as a consequentialist socialist? That is, socialism is good so far as it is useful and actually helps people, and the best socialism is the on that does the most good for people?
