Leonardo's Workshop World Wonder 2016-10-05

Adds Leonardo's Workshop as a World Wonder. Is available with Machinery, and expires with Replaceable Parts. The higher of 15% (or 5) of your land combat units are upgraded one level when the wonder is completed. One additional unit is upgraded every time you research a tech that unlocks a new type of land combat unit.

Download Instructions:

1. Download the file from the provided link (it will be the civ5mod type compressed file)
2. Copy or drag to your ~Sid Meier's Civilization 5/MODS folder
3. Start the Game and go into the MODS menu
4. The compressed civ5mod file should unpack itself into an enableable mod
5. If the file does not auto-unpack after a few seconds, you can always uncompress it using 7z or most other zip/unzip programs. I am not sure if WinZip will recognize that the civ5mod file is anything that needs to be un-packed, however, since on my Win8.1 computer it refuses to recognize anything that is not a .zip file.
