This is Stefan Stambolov, a Bulgarian leader, revolutionary and statesman. He was the Prime Minister and Prince Regent of Bulgaria and is called by many the "Bulgarian Bismarck." He is basically the founder of the modern Bulgarian state. This LH is actually based on Ekmek's Ataturk and still uses that background, mainly because I couldn't figure out how to switch it (whenever I used a new image I got a python pop-up). If anyone can figure this out that would be great.
