I added 2 promotions to Nihangs so they also have 7 promotions. I also buffed the 2 lackluster religious wonders and added utility to Gurus.
Features:
1. Nihang has Melee's Urban Warfare and Tortoise promotions at Tier 3.
2. Nihang's +1 movement promotion also ignores terrain movement penalties.
3. Kotoku-In grants 1 Nihang and 3 Warrior Monks instead of 4 Warrior Monks.
4. Kotoku-In grants +5 CS to Nihangs and Warrior Monks.
5. When you have the Meenakshi Temple wonder, Gurus give +5 CS and +1 movement to adjacent Nihangs and Warrior Monks as well.
6. Increased Meenakshi Temple's free gurus from 2 to 3.
