About:
A space based Star Trek scenario with races from ST Voyager but also DS9 & TNG by J.L. Nijholt.
Mod files rescued from CivFanatics backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also Blake replaced the generic space Title.gif with a new one that better matches Nijholt's Voyager theme.

^At the end of the twentyfirst century space travel became common. In two adjacent quadrants
^several different races proved to be in existence. Among these were:
^the KLINGONS, a race of fierce warriors
^the ROMULANS, with their secretive ways of obtaining technology
^the FEDERATION, the only power adhering to democratic government
^the DOMINION, currently allied with the Cardassians
^the BORG, a cybernetic race
^the HIROGEN, a race of space hunters, and finally
^Species 8472, originating in liquid space...
^
^Recommended: Romulans, Klingons, Dominion, Federation
^Interesting (not challenging): Hirogen
^
^DO NOT PLAY LIQUID SPECIES !
^SPECIAL NOTE: Government switching is not allowed.
