An enhanced adaption of Kobayashi's Star Trek Dominion War scenario by J.L. Nijholt.
Mod files rescued from CivFanatics backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Some of Nijholt's custom terrain1 replacements had a different black shade to terrain2 so Blake fixed it. Also the Title.gif was just Kobayashi's original so Blake changed it a bit to differentiate.

^^================ STAR TREK: DOMINION WAR version 1.3 ================

^^ After suffering a humiliating defeat at the hands of the KLINGONS,
^^ the CARDASSIANS were forced into an alliance with the DOMINION,
^^ who started to infiltrate the Quadrant. Since then, the Dominion
^^ Alliance has conquered several worlds. With the freedom of the
^^ Alpha Quadrant at stake, the FEDERATION has had no choice but
^^ to declare war. Although reluctant, the ROMULANS and Klingons
^^ both are on the verge of joining in the resistance.

^^ Recommended: Federation, Klingons, Romulans
^^ Challenging: Cardassians
^^ Not intended for play: Breen.

^ NOTE: Government switching is not permitted.
