Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE.

Congratulations !
Here are all the necessary files for the Modpack to work properly.
First of all, please copy somewhere else the following files :
(coming from the Civ2 directory)
Rules.txt
Icons.gif
Units.gif
City.gif
Cities.gif
Terrain1.gif
Terrain2.gif
People.gif
(coming from the Civ2/Sound directory)
Any sounds files
Ready ? Great.
Now, copy the unzipped equivalent files into those two directories.
