Maybe it's what the devs intended, but for me it's a fix.
- Great Generals now buff Warrior Monks (only in friendly territory, its the only GG compatible combat strength modifier I found that works on them).
- Warrior Monks also gain some Melee unit abilites that were not shared before.
No DLC required. Only Great Generals from the Classical through Renaissance era buff Monks.
Suggested Other Mod:
Improved Monks for all Religions
Abilities:
- Monks should now benefit from Anti Spear, Spear of Fionn, Communism defense buff, and Fascism attack buff unit abilities.
- Combat with Monks should now be affected by the Thrust, Battlecry, and Schiltron unit promotions.
