Hello,

This is bug is fresh of the press. I have been playing Nubia on Deity. This is early medieval times, i.e. I just developed Crossbow technology.

I was actually befriended with Germany until he suddenly made a comment about whether I could not imagine Nuclear Weapons. I initially thought this was a reference to his technological superiority, but a few turns later he turned sour on me.

Specific reason mentioned (see screenshot below): They dislike civilizations who proliferate nuclear weapons.

Clearly, this message seems to be out of wack in the medieval times.

Has been mentioned here, which is kind of the opposite, but still refers to nuclear weapons in ancient times, which just doesn't make sense.

I have this issue in my latest game too.

Gandhi complains about nuclear weapons proliferation near the beginning of the game (Turn 46), before even Iron is available. Nuclear weapons are impossible at this stage of the game and I took no obvious action to anger Gandhi. The attached save game shows the problem immediately upon ending the turn (100% repeatable). This is the second game where I have encountered this bug.
